CEMENT DIVISION

NEDA has along history in the automation of Cement Plants in Iran and in fact its first automation projects were employed in the cement plants In 1985. Since those humble beginnings, many projects have been carried out in the cement industry, NEDA can today provide complete electncal (from HV Power Ports down to Consumers) and automation systems in the cement industry. We can also execute erection for electncal and automation systems for cement projects. Some of our more recent projects are described below:

• Design. Manufactunng, programming, erection and commissioning of temperature monitonng scanners for rotary cement kiln shells.NEDA is the only manufacturer and Integrator of kiln shell temperature monitoring systems in Iran and we have installed 20 such systems in various cement plants through out Iran to the utmost satisfaction of the Clients.

• Designing the control and monitoring system for Benvid White Cement Plant for Elin Co. of Austria.

• Design, procurement and manufacturing of electrical and automation systems of cement mill and packaging plant of Zan|an Cement, defined as Phase 1.

• Execution of all erection work & electrical and automation systems of Zanjan Cement phase 1.

• Design, manufacturing, erection and commissioning of upgrading and capacity increase of raw mill and kiln in Behbahan Cement

• Design, manufacturing, erection and commissioning of monitoring system for kilns No. II and III in Doroud Cement Plant

•Commissioning of cament plant in Bushehr Cement with cooperation of Khash Cement.

•Commissioning of electncal and automation systems in Yasouj Cement.
