From the start in 1985 NEDA INDUSTRIAL GROUP has made customer satisfaction be their main goal, because they truly believe that certain aspects of the company such as constantly improving the activity which takes place within the company, increasing  the turn over as well as profit, and increasing satisfaction of the employees. All of these aspects will lead to the satisfaction of the customer. The proof that the company is indeed improving for the better can be seen through the feedbacks which our most trusted customers have provided us with.

 

It was not until 2003 that the company satrted a systematic way featuring the satisfaction or dissatisfaction of the customers. All of this has been possible through the quality management system, ISO 9001:2000. Simultaneously, with the start of this system, the Customer Support Committee at Neda Company was established. The committee is comprised of the Chief Executive officer, management representative in QMS, specialized analyst and one of the managers of the specialized divisions.

 

This committee meets once regularly in order to analyze as well as discuss the customer's comments and complaints. The main point of these meetings is that the committee has a chance to talk to each customer individually and receive their input about the project at hand. This committee collects its feedbacks from its customers through phone, fax, or e-mail. This questionnaire asks customers about how satisfied they are in regards to different issues concerning the company. During some of its meetings the company meets with the customers in order to collect and analyze their ideas, complaints and suggestions in two separate categories: one the way that the project has been presented and two the training period.

 

By analyzing the collected feedback, the company has a chance in order to recognize where the root of the problem really lies.In this manner, once the company has pin pointed the problem, it is a lot easier to resolve as well as prevent this problem from reoccurring. By doing all this, the company is able to increase customer satisfaction on a continual basis. The company has tried its best in order to keep "continual improvement" for the satisfaction of its customers.
